Terrazas De Punta Fuego is located in the Municipality of Nasugbu, within Batangas Province which lies in the Calabar Zone Region 4A in the Philippines. To the north, Nasugbu is bordered by Alfonso, Magallanes and Maragondon municipalities which lie in Cavite Province. To the east, the Municipality is bordered by Calaca, Laurel, and Barayan municipalities which are part of Batangas Province. Finally, to the south of Nasugbu lie Tuy and Lian municipalities. The west side of Nasugbu is bordered by the South China Sea.
Nasugbu is best characterized by a geographical expanse of wide plains, rolling hills, and farmlands. When entering the town through the national highway, you come across sugarcane fields, rice fields, corn farmlands, and a beautiful array of hills and mountains. As you head towards the South China Sea, the terrain takes a dip. Thanks to its costal location and the rolling terrain, Nasugbu thrives in agriculture and aqua culture. One of the other key selling point of this location is that apart from its beautiful seascape, it is relatively close to Metro Manila, the country’s capital. The travel distance from Nasugbu is approximately 102 kilometers through Tagaytay.
Inasmuch as April is considered the warmest month of the year with temperatures averaging 29 degrees Celsius, much of Nasugbu enjoys warm temperatures averaging at 27 degrees Celsius. It also boasts of one of the largest sugar milling companies within Philippines and this means employment to the residents here. In terms of education facilities, the Barangay of Natipuan has an elementary school called the Natipuan Elementary School. It is managed by the Department of Education and it is considered partially urban elementary school open to the public. It is located along the Nasugbu-Ternate Highway. This school also serves as a training center for both the locals and people from other provinces in Philippines.
There is also the Batangas State University which is a non-sectarian institution offering bachelor courses and certificate course. To rhyme with the economic needs and opportunities here, this institution offers Bachelors in Fishery Technology, Agricultural Technology, Accountancy, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Engineering, among others. Apart from public institutions, there are private schools such as Creative Dreams School, Academia de San Francisco Javier Nasugbu Christian Faith Academy, and St. Paul FLC Nasugbu.
